With the assistance of Drs. Stephanie Budge and Jill Adelson, I used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with a sample of over 500 transgender individuals to investigate the relationships between transgender identity (new measure), transgender community belongingness (adapted measure), and positive psychological outcomes (self-esteem, psychological well-being, and satisfaction with life).
